Founded in 1997 as a small scale trading company named as Myanmar Innwahtani LPG Trading Co., Ltd. with import of LPG Gas cookers and tyres into Myanmar, a serious diversification of the new management team in 2002 transformed the company into an engineering based company with a rapid growth within 10 years of management take-over.

The company is now engaged in engineering, project management, and project construction, supervision of electrical power, civil construction, material handling and process industries. The company is significantly well known in Energy & Electricity sector, Infrastructural sector, Industrial sector, Telecom & Information Technology sector for its fast & satisfactory customer service and highly regarded as leader in each sector it exits.

 The newly formed company "Barons & Fujikura EPC Co Ltd" ("BFE") has been approved by DICA to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction "EPC" services in both Power and Telecom sectors of Myanmar. "BFE" is to be led by experienced Management Team contributed from both "Barons" and "Fujikura", backed up by experienced and talented engineers; Project management personnel, risk management personnel and supportive functional personnel of various "Barons" member companies with diverse backgrounds in all infrastructure sectors "Barons" had executed works previously. This team is further backed up by experienced technical and management personnel to be dispatched periodically from "Fujikura" from Japan to provide various classroom and hands-on trainings as well as supervise the projects "BFE" execute in order to maintain "Japanese Quality Works Standard" provided by "Local team", thereby uplifting work quality standard of local team to leapfrog to international level. The official operation date of "BFE" is 1st April, 2015.
